  • Delivery is currently available within Hubballi-Dharwad and select surrounding areas
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We’ll make every effort to deliver on time
  • You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Someone must be present to receive the order. We’ll attempt contact via phone if needed
  • Delivery charges vary by location and will be clearly displayed at checkout
  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, subject to our cancellation policy
  • Perishable items (cakes, pickles) cannot be returned once delivered, except in case of quality issues
  • Non-perishable items can be returned within 48 hours if unopened and in original packaging
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
